Your bananas are turning black…now what?

What’s that old adage? When life hands you lemons make lemonade? What about when life hands you overripe bananas make banana cupcakes? I mean it just makes sense.

How many times have you bought a bunch of bananas to only go to them a few days later and they look like these:
